Jeff Gehris, CCE, serves as Chief Operating Officer at Securityplus Federal Credit Union in Baltimore, Maryland, where he oversees a broad portfolio of strategic and operational areas, including member experience across five branch locations, member support through a full-service call center, performance marketing, and physical security and facilities. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence, Jeff brings a compassionate, growth-oriented leadership approach that aligns with the Credit Union’s mission to serve and empower its members.

Jeff holds a Certified Chief Executive (CCE) designation from the Credit Union Executive Society and earned both his MBA and BA in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University. A dedicated advocate for the credit union movement and community engagement, he contributes his expertise as a board member of the Region United Network for the United Way of Central Maryland, and as an active member of the Advocacy Committee for the MD|DC Credit Union Association. Additionally, he serves on the OME Conference Committee and its Giveback Sub-Committee for America’s Credit Unions, helping to shape industry conversations around operational innovation and member impact.
